The computer does not recognize the Memory Stick PRO when it is turned on with Memory Stick PRO is inserted.

To resolve this symptom, please download the latest Memory Stick Slot Firmware Update Program:

In the Downloads section, please select Notebook and proceed with the steps below:
1. Move the cursor to the relevant Notebook Series and click the model of the VAIO computer.
2. Locate Memory Stick Slot Firmware Update Program and proceed as per instructions on the screen.

Note:
