How does wireless charging affect battery life?

When using a wireless charging pad, make sure it meets the Qi standard (English only) to reduce possible damage and maintain battery life:

• After charging is complete and the charging indicator light turns off, remove it from the charging pad as quickly as possible. Otherwise, the charging pad may continue to produce heat which, over time, can damage the battery and reduce the battery life.
• Avoid charging or storing the headphones in a high-temperature environment. Being exposed to high temperatures for a long time may reduce the battery life.
• When charging with the wireless charging pad, remove any covers or accessories attached to the charging case. Otherwise, excess heat may build up which can damage the battery and reduce the battery life.
