The battery life is short, even when fully charged. (WF-1000XM3)

If you feel the available operating time or the battery life is too short, follow these steps lower the consumption and increase the battery life by changing the settings or the way you use the headset:
- Using the Sony | Headphones Connect app, turn off sound settings such as DSEE HX Auto and Equalizer. The available battery time becomes shorter if those sound quality settings are applied.

If the headset is placed in a pocket or some place other than the charging case, it may be mistakenly be recognized as being equipped and will not transfer into power saving mode.
NOTE: After updating the headset software version 3.0.0, you can use the Equalizer and DSEE HX simultaneously. Be aware that activating both features increases battery consumption and will shorten continuous playback time.
