The headphones do not charge (LinkBuds Fit, LinkBuds Open, LinkBuds)
Follow these steps to troubleshoot why the headphones do not charge:

Clean the charging port of the charging case, and check if the charging can be completed.
If any dust or dirt is in or around the charging port, the charging may not complete properly. Remove any dust or dirt with a soft, dry cloth before charging.
- The charging can be completed
- The charging port of the charging case may have been dirty.
Hint: Regular cleaning is recommended to prevent issues with charging. - The charging cannot be completed
- Go to the next troubleshooting step.
- Leave the charging case in a place with an ambient temperature between 15 °C and 35 °C (59 °F - 95 °F), and try charging again.
- The issue is resolved
- The issue may have been caused by the ambient temperature being too high or too low.
- The issue is not resolved
- Go to the next troubleshooting step.
- Using the supplied USB Type-C® cable, connect the charging case to a USB AC adaptor or computer, charge the headphones for about 10 minutes, and check if the charging can be completed.
- The charging can be completed
- Use the USB Type-C cable that is supplied with the product. Charging may not be possible with a commercially-available cable or a USB hub.
- The charging cannot be completed
- Disconnect the USB Type-C cable from the charging case, then go to the next troubleshooting step.

Clean the charging port of the headphones and check the status of the indicator with the following order.

- Put both earbuds into the charging case and check the status of the indicator.
- The indicator lights up in orange for about 3 seconds
Abnormal combination of left and right units may cause the issue. Consult repair.- The indicator lights up in orange 1 time

The earbuds may have been placed in the charging case with the left and right sides reversed. Put the earbuds into correct sides, and check if the charging starts.
- The indicator lights up in orange and the charging can be completed
- The earbuds have been placed in the charging case with the left and right sides reversed.
- The charging cannot be completed
- Go to step 4-2.
- Put the left side of the earbuds into the charging case and check the status of the indicator.
- The indicator lights up in green for about 3 seconds
- The headphones are fully charged. Go to step 4-3.
- The indicator lights up in orange 1 time

An error occurs while charging the left side of the earbuds.
Go to step 4-3. - The indicator flashes twice in orange

The abnormal temperature may prevent the charging. Leave the charging case in a place with an ambient temperature between 15 °C and 35 °C (59 °F - 95 °F), and try charging again.
- The charging can be completed
- The abnormal temperature on the left side of the earbud may have caused the issue.
- The charging cannot be completed
- Go to step 4-3.
- The indicator does not light up
- If the fitting supporter is not properly attached, the contact point may not work well and affect the charging. For details on how to wear the headphones, refer to appropriate article:
- After re-attaching the fitting supporter, the charging can be completed
- The issue was caused by the way attaching the headphones.
- After re-attaching the fitting supporter, the indicator still does not light up
- Go to step 4-3.
- Put the right side of the earbuds into the charging case and check the status of the indicator.
- The indicator lights up in green for about 3 seconds
- The headphones are fully charged.
- The indicator lights up in orange 1 time

An error occurs while charging the right side of the earbuds.
Go to step 6. - The indicator flashes twice in orange

The abnormal temperature may prevent the charging. Leave the charging case in a place with an ambient temperature between 15 °C and 35 °C (59 °F - 95 °F), and try charging again.
- The charging can be completed
- The abnormal temperature on the right side of the earbud may have caused the issue.
- The charging cannot be completed
- Go to step 6.
- The indicator does not light up
- If the fitting supporter is not properly attached, the contact point may not work well and affect the charging. For details on how to wear the headphones, refer to appropriate article:
- After re-attaching the fitting supporter, the charging can be completed
- The issue was caused by the way attaching the headphones.
- After re-attaching the fitting supporter, the indicator still does not light up
- Go to step 5.
- Put both earbuds into the charging case and check the status of the indicator.

Check if you can charge a different device with the same AC adapter or USB port.
Use the same AC adapter or the USB port on the computer to charge a different mobile device or product.
- The mobile device or product can be charged
- Go to step 6.
- The mobile device or product cannot be charged
- The AC adapter or USB port may not be working. Contact the manufacturer.

- Initialise the headphones.
Initialisation returns the headphones to the factory settings and all Bluetooth pairing information is deleted.
