When playing 360° videos in the YouTube app, the video freezes and only audio is played back.

    To solve this issue, lower the resolution setting by following the steps below.

    1. In the YouTube video playback screen, press the Enter button on the remote control.
    2. From the menu displayed at the bottom, select More Options > Quality, and change the resolution.
