BRAVIA Sync (HDMI CEC) operations cannot be performed for connected HDMI devices when using the Picture-in-picture feature.
When video from a connected HDMI device is displayed using the Picture-in-picture feature, you cannot perform BRAVIA Sync (HDMI CEC) operations.

To perform BRAVIA Sync (HDMI CEC) operations, turn off the Picture-in-picture feature.
- Press and hold the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select OPEN.
- Select Full screen.
