Does the issue improve after cleaning the plugs at both ends of the audio cable and reconnecting them to the speaker and the playback device?

    • Yes

      The issue was caused by poor plug contact or connection. Poor plug contact or connection occurs easily when the plug is not cleaned. Clean the audio cable plug regularly using a dry cloth.
