There is a front panel display on the front of the soundbar that shows the status of the soundbar.
This article provides various steps and information to help troubleshoot soundbar display problem. Because this issue could be caused by several conditions, check if the issue is resolved after each step performed.
Check the Brightness of the Front Panel Display (DIMMER)
If the Brightness of the Front Panel Display (DIMMER) is [OFF], nothing will be displayed in the display window. The status is displayed for a short time after the operation.
If the included remote control has a DIMMER button, press this to set the brightness of the main unit display.
The method for changing the brightness of the main unit display differs depending on the model. For details, refer to the instruction manual.
If performing this setting does not resolve the issue, proceed to select the applicable symptom below and follow the instructions to resolve the issue.
Possible Causes:
- Power issues.
- Faulty or loose connections.
- Display panel malfunction.
Solutions:
- Ensure the soundbar is properly plugged into a working power outlet.
- Check if the power cable is securely connected to the soundbar and the wall outlet.
- Adjust the display brightness settings using Dimmer button available in remote.
