Is the issue resolved after you disconnect and reconnect the AC power cord of the Bar Speaker, and then turn on the Sound Bar?

    Try the following procedure.

    1. Turn off the Sound Bar.

    2. Disconnect the Bar Speaker AC power cord from the outlet.

    3. Wait for 1 minute, and then reconnect the AC power cord and turn on the Sound Bar.

    • Issue is resolved

      The issue was caused by a temporary malfunction of the Sound Bar.

    • Issue is not resolved
