1. Start Control Panel.
2. Click Network and Internet Connections.
3. Click Internet Options.
4. Click the Privacy tab and click Advanced.
5. Select the Override automatic Cookie handling option.
6. Select the Accept option for both First-Party Cookies and Third-party Cookies and click OK.
