How to create a Microsoft account in order to purchase an application in Windows 8?

    1. From Start screen, select Store app.
    2. Launch the Charms by placing the cursor on the top right hand or bottom right hand corner.
    3. Select Settings.
       
    4. Select Your Account.
    5. Select Sign in.
       
    6. Select Sign up for a Microsoft account.
       
    7. Fill in the required information to create the account.
    8. Select Accept.
    9. Navigate to your email inbox to verify your account.
    10. Navigate back to Start screen by pressing the <windows> key.
    11. Select Store app.
    12. Select Sign in.
    13. Input your email address and password. You are now signed in with your new Microsoft Account.
    14. Select Add payment method.
    15. Enter the required payment information and then select Submit.
    16. Payment and billing information is now completed. User can now purchase application in Windows Store.
