What to do if mouse pointer is out of control or frozen when using optical mouse?

 

※	Here optical mouse is limited to the attached one.

The optical mouse cannot function properly under the following conditions.

• Transparent material (glass & etc.)
• Reflective material (glossy resin, glass & etc.)
• Surfaces with complex graphic or color patterns (photos in magazines and newspaper).
• Surfaces with clear stripes and pictures.

If the optical mouse cannot function properly, please replace the mouse pad currently used with unpolished printing paper or a special mouse pad for optical mouse, and then try to test if it works properly.
