The computer stops turning off at "Windows is shutting down" when PC card is connected
The computer stops turning off at "Windows is shutting down" when PC card (such as MSAKIT-PC4A) is connected.
Change the IO port address of USB to the value that is not conflict.
[Procedure]
1. Choose [Control Panel] - [System] - [Device Manager] tab - [Universal Serial Bus Controller] - [Intel 82371 AB/EB PCI to USB Universal Host Controller] to open Properties.
2. On the Resources tab, clear the "Use automatic settings" check box. Then click "Change Setting" to change the value to the one that does not conflict.
* Record the factory default value of the I/O port address as a precaution.
3. Click [OK]. "Creating a Forced Configuration" dialog appears. Click [Yes]. Close all the windows and restart the PC.
