There is no [NeoMagic] tab in [Advanced]-[Settings]-[Display Properties].

    There is no [NeoMagic] tab when press [Advanced] button in [Settings] tab in [Display Properties].

    Check the Hardware acceleration setting.
    There is no [NeoMagic] tab shown if Hardware acceleration is set to [none] or 1 step. (ie. No or Basic accelerator functions)

    Follow the next procedure.
    1) Press [Advanced] button in [Setting] tab in Display Properties.
    2) Click [Performance] tab.
    3) Set the Hardware acceleration [Full].
    4) Restart Windows.
