Why is Do not disturb mode automatically enabled during calls?

You may experience that Do not disturb mode is automatically enabled during calls on your Xperia™ device running on Android™ 7.1. This is an Android™ behaviour and not an Xperia™ customisation. You can disable Do not disturb mode from the Quick settings menu during an ongoing call.

Note! The disabling only lasts during the call in progress. You have to repeat the disabling for subsequent calls. When using a headset (wired or Bluetooth®), Do not disturb is not enabled.

To disable Do not disturb mode

• Drag the status bar downwards, then tap Do not disturb.
