You might experience that cannot unlock the screen of your Dual SIM phone after you changed Preferred network type in Settings and the phone restarted.

This is a known issue caused by the Carrier Services app from Google. The issue has been fixed in version 23.0.245332218-carrierservices_V23G_RC13 of the app. To remedy the problem, you can update the Carrier Services app from Google Play Store.
