I cannot log back into Xperia Lounge, what can I do?

    If you receive an error message while trying to log in to Xperia Lounge (for example, "Could not log in") and have already tried to reset your password, then you can try these steps:

    Android 8.0

    To re-authenticate in Xperia Lounge

    1. Find and tap Settings > Users & accounts.
    2. Tap your login name with the Xperia logo next to it.
    3. Find and tap Service list.
    4. Mark the Lounge checkbox in the service list, then tap SAVE.
    5. Find and tap Account details, and you will receive an error message saying Re-authentication. Token has expired. Please sign in to your account.
    6. Tap OK, and then click ALLOW. You should now be logged back in to Xperia Lounge.

    Android 7.0

    To re-authenticate in Xperia Lounge

    1. Find and tap Settings > Accounts & sync.
    2. Tap your login name with the Xperia logo next to it.
    3. Find and tap Service list.
    4. Mark the Lounge checkbox in the service list, then tap SAVE.
    5. Find and tap Account details, and you will receive an error message saying Re-authentication. Token has expired. Please sign in to your account.
    6. Tap OK, and then click ALLOW. You should now be logged back in to Xperia Lounge.

    Android 8.0

    To clear your Xperia Lounge data

    1. Find and tap Settings, then tap Users & accounts.
    2. Tap your login name with the Xperia logo next to it.
    3. Tap Remove account.
    4. Return to Settings.
    5. Tap Apps & notifications > App info.
    6. Tap the menu button (three vertical dots) > Show System.
    7. Select Xperia Services from the list.
    8. Tap Storage > Clear Cache > OK.
    9. Log back in to Xperia Services by tapping Settings > Assist > Introduction to Xperia > Xperia Services and entering your login credentials.

    Android 7.0

    To clear your Xperia Lounge data

    1. Find and tap Settings, then tap Accounts & sync.
    2. Tap Xperia and then your login name.
    3. Tap the menu button (three vertical dots) > Remove account.
    4. Return to Settings.
    5. Tap Apps.
    6. Tap the menu button (three vertical dots) > Show System.
    7. Select Xperia Services from the list.
    8. Tap Storage > Clear Data > OK.
    9. Log back in to Xperia Services by tapping Settings > Assist > Introduction to Xperia > Xperia Services and entering your login credentials.
