What is Device charm in Windows 8?

 The Device charm enables you to send the content you are viewing to certain connected devices. It shows devices that can perform tasks relevant to the app.

To access the Device charm, open the Charms bar, place your mouse from the top or bottom right corner of the screen and click on Device charm.
