To help you easily locate the model name and serial number of your product, you can check directly on the device or its case. Below are some helpful examples showing where to find the model and serial numbers for various types of portable audio products.
Depending on your Wireless Speaker model, you can find the model name and serial number either on the bottom of the speaker or inside a covered compartment. If it's in the compartment, you’ll need to open the cover to check.
Notes:
- Some of our products have model names that start with "YY" followed by 4 or 5 digits. These models have dual model names.
- To easily find support information or register your product, please use the model name that begins with "SRS".
- If you are unable to find the model name that begin with "SRS", refer to Model name and code information and use the "YY" model number to find the model that starts with "SRS".
