Notice to owners of RDRHDC100/300/500

It has been brought to our attention that the RDRHDC100/300/500 series may encounter an issue when recording using the EPG function, whereby it will stop recording in the first 3 minutes or at the first commercial break. We are currently investigating this issue and expect to have a solution soon. We request any customer who experiences this problem to manually programme a timer recording on the affected channels by setting the start/end time on the recorder, alternatively steps can be found in the user manual. We also ask customers to call our Call Centre on 1300 137 669 to register their information so that we can contact when a solution is in place.
