The USB memory device formatted using a computer is not recognized.

If a USB memory device cannot be recognized by the Blu-ray Disc player or A/V Receiver, check if it was formatted as FAT32 or NTFS. These units will only recognize USB memory devices formatted as either FAT32 or NTFS.

NOTE: Blu-ray Disc players and A/V Receivers released from 2015 also support the exFAT format.
