Cannot charge the smartphone using the Mini Hi-Fi component system.

IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check the Applicable Products and Categories section of this article before starting these steps.

Check the following if the smartphone cannot be charged using the Mini Hi-Fi component system:

• Make sure the smartphone is securely connected to the Mini Hi-Fi component system.
• Make sure that the Mini Hi-Fi component system is turned on.
  NOTE: When the Mini Hi-Fi system enters standby mode, the smartphone may stop charging. Disable the Automatic Standby function to prevent the Mini Hi-Fi component system from going into standby mode automatically.
  1. Press OPTIONS
  2. Select AUTO STBY
  3. Select OFF
• Set the Mini Hi-Fi system to USB function.
• Make sure the smartphone is compatible with the Mini Hi-Fi component system.

The steps above should resolve this issue. If the issue is not resolved after completing these steps, service may be required.
