Why does the Power Management icon appear on the taskbar when VAIO computer is powered with the battery?
This is due the specification of the VAIO computer. Information on the remaining power of the battery in the state of battery operation will be displayed.
The Always show icon on the taskbar and Prompt for password when computer resumes from standby check boxes are valid when the VAIO computer is operated by AC, and not from the battery.
Since display of the Power Management icon does not consume extra resouces of the computer, please use it as it is.
