The indicator on the charging case repeatedly flashes blue twice in a row, and then the indicator starts flashing orange.

The initialize button is located on the left side of the USB Type-C port on the back of the charging case. The lamp is located in the middle of the front of the charging case.
    3. Release your finger within 5 seconds after the indicator on the charging case starts flashing orange.
When the initializing is complete, the indicator on the charging case flashes green 4 times.

Note: If the indicator on the charging case does not flash green 4 times after performing step 3, the headphones have not been initialized. Try again from step 2.

    Notes:

    • To pair the headphones and Bluetooth device, delete the pairing information of the headphones from the smartphone's connected devices list, and then perform the pairing again to reconnect to the smartphone.
    • When the remaining battery charge of the charging case is not sufficient, the headphones will not start initializing. Charge the charging case.
