I cannot connect my ILCE-7M4 to the Creators' App.

    If you were using the Imaging Edge Mobile and have migrated to using the Creators' App after applying a software update to the camera, perform the following steps:

    • Update Imaging Edge Mobile to the latest version (Ver. 7.7.2 or later).
      Note: This operation is necessary to enable smooth pairing of the camera with the Creators' App
    • If you are using an iPhone or iPad, after updating the camera, turn off the device and turn it on again. Then pair the camera again using the Creators' App.
    • On the camera select MENU → (Network)Cnct./PC Remote → Smartphone Connection, and then connect to the camera using the Creators' App.
