The headphone volume cannot be adjusted. (WF-SP900)
Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:

Use the tap sensor to adjust the volume.
You can adjust the volume using the tap sensor:
- To increase the volume: Tap the sensor on the right unit twice quickly.
- To decrease the volume: Tap the sensor on the left unit twice quickly.
- You can increase or decrease volume continuously if you continue to tap the sensor mor than twice quickly.
Note: The tap sensors can be locked to prevent unintentional volume operations.
To lock or reactivate the volume operations with the tap sensors, hold down the button on the right unit for about 2 seconds. If you hear the voice guidance Tap function OFF, the tap sensor will be reactivated.- The volume can be adjusted

Use the Sony | Headphones Connect app to adjust the volume.
To adjust the volume using the Sony | Headphones Connect app, move the slide bar next to the speaker icon in the Status tab.

- The volume cannot be adjusted

Adjust the volume on the connected device.
