When the Microphone button is pressed, a gray screen is displayed and Google Assistant function does not work.

If you press the Microphone or Google Assistant button on the remote control without a network connection, the screen image may become gray.
NOTE: The gray screen will disappear automatically after a few seconds.

A network connection is required to use Google Assistant function. Make sure your TV is connected to the network and try Google Assistant function again.
