If you’re having issues using the application on your Sony Bravia TV, try the following troubleshooting steps. Each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue, check if the issue continues to appear after completing each step.

Perform Software update on your TV
Perform Power Reset
- Point the remote control to the illumination LED and press and hold the POWER button of the remote control for about 5 seconds until a message Power off appears.
- The TV reboots automatically. Wait for approximately one minute, and the TV will turn back on. If it does not reboot, press the POWER button on the remote control to turn on the TV.
- TV reset operation is complete. Check if your issue has been resolved.
Restart network connection
- Disconnect the power cords (mains leads) in order of TV, router, and modem.
- Connect the power cords (mains leads) in order of modem and router. Wait for about 2 minutes after the TV power cord (mains leads) is disconnected.
- Connect the TV power cord (mains leads) and power cords of the modem and router. Turn on the TV, and then check if your issue has been resolved.

For Smart TVs
Perform Software update on your TV (via Wireless Network)
Refresh Internet Content
- Press the HOME button on the remote.
- Select Settings. NOTE: The next steps will vary slightly depending on the model being used. Refer to the manual for model specific information.
- Select either Setup or Network.
- Select Refresh Internet Content.
Restart network connection
- Disconnect the power cords (mains leads) in order of TV, router, and modem.
- Connect the power cords (mains leads) in order of modem and router. Wait for about 2 minutes after the TV power cord (mains leads) is disconnected.
- Connect the TV power cord (mains leads) and power cords of the modem and router. Turn on the TV, and then check if your issue has been resolved.
