The TV indicates that there is a 3D signal even though it is not compatible with 3D.

With the software update, we have added the message that will appear when a non-3D-compatible TV detects 3D signals.
You cannot watch the program in 3D format on a non-3D-compatible TV. Please watch another 2D program.

NOTE:

• This message will appear when watching a 3D program in the Top and bottom format or the Left and Right format.
• To check if your TV is 3D-compatible, refer to the manual or specifications of your TV.
