The LED on the subwoofer sometimes flashes, the sound skips, or noise occur from the subwoofer.

This issue can occur if the main unit and the subwoofer are not linked. Try the following:

If possible, move the subwoofer closer to the main unit of the home theater where it will not be directly blocked by any furniture, walls, or metal barriers.

If the wireless access point (wireless router) that you use can switch between the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands, try changing the frequency to avoid interference from other wireless devices:

For HT-ST9, HT-ST5, HT-NT3, HT-RT5, HT-ST5000, and HT-MT500: Try changing the wireless router to the 2.4 GHz band.

For HT-CT780, HT-CT380, HT-NT5, HT-CT790, HT-CT390, HT-CT800, HT-MT300, HT-CT290, HT-G700, HT-S400: Try changing the wireless router to the 5 GHz band.
