Why the message "The current language is not supported by the Device Driver Installation Wizard. Contact the vendor that provided you this package."appears while installing the driver?
The following message appears while installing the driver.
The current language is not supported by the Device Driver Installation Wizard. Contact the vendor that provided you this package.
Please install the driver by using the downloaded file or supplied CD-ROM.
<1> Using the driver downloaded from the internet
Please get the latest driver from the support site* and install it along with the instruction.

<2> Using the supplied CD-ROM
For Windows XP
1. Turn on the computer to start up the Windows.
2. Connect the computer and the printer by commercially available USB cable. (not supplied)
3. Turn on the printer, then the message Found New Hardware appears at the toolbar on your computer screen.
* If the printer has already been turned on before connected to the computer at [2], the same message appears when it is connected to a computer.
4. Found New Hardware Wizard automatically starts, so insert the supplied CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive of your computer.
5. The driver is automatically searched and installed.
* When your computer is connected to the internet and you select Install the software automatically [Recommended] at [4] without inserting the CD-ROM, you can download the driver from Windows Update.
6. When the message Completing the Found New Hardware Wizard Sony DPP-FP60/70/90 appears, click Finish.
For Windows Vista
1. Turn on the computer to start up the Windows.
2. Connect the computer and the printer by commercially available USB cable. (not supplied)
3. Turn on the printer and when the message Found New Hardware appears at the toolbar on your computer screen, click Locate and install driver software (recommended).
If a message window that asks to continue, click Continue.
* If the printer has already been turned on before connected to the computer at [2], the same message appears when it is connected to a computer.
