I can no longer get photos from PlayMemories Online for DPF-W700

When signing in to PlayMemories Online, it displays a notification that the terms of use have changed, and even though Agree was pressed, after a few seconds it just returns me to the original screen without signing me in.

With the update of the PlayMemories Online service on August 27, 2015, the terms of use and privacy policy have changed.

Please sign in to PlayMemories Online from a PC, smartphone, or other device, and agree again to the new terms of use and privacy policy.

After the terms of use and privacy policy has been agreed, the photos will be accessible when it is signed in from the DPF-W700.
