How to check the device model name and OS version?

Below are the procedure to find the information about the device model and OS version:

For Android devices:

1. Tap Settings on the home screen.
2. Tap Device Information in the Settings screen.

   NOTE: The sequence of letters and numbers listed under Model Name (Model Number) of the Device Information is the model name. The OS version is listed under Android Version (Build Number).

For iOS devices:

1. Tap Settings on the home screen.
2. Tap General in the Settings screen.
3. Tap Information in the General screen.

   NOTE: The sequence of letters and numbers listed under Model in the Information screen is the model name. The iOS version is listed under Version.
