Error 7003 or 7013 appears when trying to perform a software update through the TV.

Error 7003 or 7013

    Downloading a software update requires a stable high-speed Internet connection. Completion of an update may not be possible and error 7003 or 7013 may appear due to the Network condition. Try either of the following options to download the update:

    • Download the software update from this website using a computer and install them manually using a USB device.
    • Set the Automatic software download setting to On from the menu of the TV.
      NOTE: The Automatic software download setting will allow the TV to automatically download new updates while in standby mode.
      1. Using the supplied remote, press the HOME button.
      2. Select Help.
      3. Select Customer Support.
      4. Select Automatic software download.
