The images won't display on my mobile device when I turn on my camera using Imaging Edge Mobile
For executing Camera Remote Power ON/OFF on Imaging Edge Mobile (Successor of PlayMemories Mobile), Bluetooth is used.
However, for transmitting images in the camera to a smartphone or to adjust camera setting from the smartphone, Wi-Fi is used.
When the smartphone's Wi-Fi is connected to an access point other than the camera, images in the camera will not appear on the smartphone.
Check the Wi-Fi settings of your mobile device and make sure it's connected to your camera.
