How to resolve if pairing cannot be done?

Please check the following: 

• Start Pairing from the state of turning off the power.
• Be sure to place both Bluetooth devices within 1m (3ft) of each other.
• This unit can be paired only with Bluetooth devices that supports both or either A2DP and AVRCP.
• There are Bluetooth audio devices which have only transmitting function. Pairing cannot be done between two transmitters.
