I got this add on and it is dire! What they do not tell you is Tom Tom software does not support this unit to update it. The last time the maps were available to update from Tom Tom was OVER 2 YEARS ago, 16th Feb 2017! Do not let Sony tell you that you can update it because you cannot! Also the graphics are dated, look awful, and again you cannot add any additional features, you cannot add any Point Of Interests. When you change the settings on this unit, it DOES NOT STORE THEM. The unit resets to default EVERY TIME you switch the thing on. Do NOT waste your money on this, it's a waste of time. It is also far from accurate, I put a postcode in Northampton (UK) into it and it took me 9.8 miles away from where I should have been.

Prefer my Garmin operation due to the features. There is nothing wrong with the design or build quality. The unit is much better cosmetically no cables and tacky mounts to worry about, and can leave in car or remove faceplate.

I live in the uk and the maps are out of date that you update on a memory card. on navigation it tell you to take the freeway and rotary not motorway and roundabout i think its the worst sat nav i have used don't bye this product!!!
