I own a 16-35mm GM2 but bought this lens for light travel photography to match with a ZV-E1. It’s really almost a GM lens in terms of sharpness AFTER lens correction. It’s fast and actually has a more useful focal length. Yes I do miss the wider end but I’m not handsome enough to point the camera at myself anyway 😂.

I bought this 3 months ago, and it has served me on a lot of projects, very worth it.

Used for about a month. Very portable in terms of size and weight. Sharpness n contrast lower than expectation 8/10 as conpared with other G lens of similar focal range. Recommended for ease of use.

I bought this to replace a 24-70 lens that I found was unbalanced on my AC7R, this lens is much better balanced. I have also bought a 70-200 lens that I will mainly use on a tripod and only occasionally hand held. I tried to add a photo but there as an error message that the file was too large, very odd when it came from the lens camera combination.

The focal range of this compact zoom is the range I normally shoot in, making it perfect for both my Sony A7Cii and my A7IV.

Good lens with large aperture f2.8 with light weight

Love the low-light performance, the constant F2.8 makes pictures look good and its ideal weight for travelling light. Good pair for the Alpha 7IV

Bought this lens 2 weeks ago and am loving it. Compact size and brilliant photos. Goes perfectly with the A7C II.
